Faith in counselling

What
Many societies today honour the role that faith plays in our lives. People are however not sure how to draw on faith experiences and our relationship with God to use it in a practical way when helping people. Furthermore, many practices that people assume to be helpful can have a quite detrimental effect.
Who
This group is for those who will be joining us at the CPD two-day online short course, Faith in counselling, 3-4 June 2022. Request to join the group. Look out for the ‘course’ tab to appear during the week leading up to the programme. For the live training weekend the following schedule will be followed.

Participation
Participants will be able to take part in the group for up to a month after the live training in order to complete the related assignment if opting to do it. Lecturers and students can engage in general discussion in the feed’s tab or start and engage in specific topics in the ‘discussion’ tab.
Other groups
Once you have registered for free on the website there might also be other groups that cover related themes. If you see yourself as a community member of Coram Deo then locate and join the Coram Deo (Communication group).
